Article 1（coverage）

1.

Staying contract that our lodge concludes between lodge guest and contract in conjunction with this shall depend on place to establish of this article and shall depend on laws and ordinances or custom that generally was established about destined matter which there is not in this article.

2.

When we accepted special contract as far as our lodge is not against laws and ordinances and custom, regardless of rule of foregoing paragraph, the special contract shall take first priority.

Article 2（application for staying contract）

1.

When we fry next, our lodge may not accept the conclusion of staying contract.

2.

When application for staying does not depend on this article.

3.

When it has no room for guest room by no vacancies.

4.

When it is admitted that person who is going to stay might do act against manners and customs of rule of laws and ordinances, public order or goodness about staying.

5.

When it is admitted that person who is going to stay is person with epidemic clearly.

6.

When burden more than rational ranges was found about staying.

7.

When we cannot let you stay by natural disaster, trouble of facilities, other unavoidable reasons.

8.

Time when it was admitted that person who was going to stay was inebriate and might give nuisance to other lodge guests remarkably. Or when lodge guest did behavior to give nuisance to other lodge guests remarkably. (Osaka lodge business method enforcement regulations Article 5)

Article 3（contract right of discharge of contract of our lodge）

1.

When we fry next, our lodge may remove staying contract.

2.

When it is admitted that lodge guest might do act against manners and customs of rule of laws and ordinances, public order or goodness about staying or when it is admitted that we did the act.

3.

Time when it was admitted that lodge guest was person with epidemic clearly.

4.

When burden more than rational ranges was found about staying.

5.

When natural disasters cannot let you stay by reason due to inevitability.

6.

When person who is going to stay might give nuisance to other lodge guests by dead drunkenness. When there is behavior to give nuisance to other lodge guests remarkably.

7.

When we do not follow verboten (necessary thing is best in fire prevention.) of use rule that smoking in bed in bedroom, mischief for facilities for firefighting, our other lodges establish.

8.

When our lodge removed staying contract based on rule of foregoing paragraph, we do not have rates such as staying services that lodge guest does not yet receive offer.

Article 4（period of service of guest room）

1.

It is said that time when lodge guest can use guest room of our lodge is from 3:00 p.m. to noon of the next day.

2.

Our lodge may accept use of guest room of overtime to fix for the clause regardless of rule of foregoing paragraph. In this case, we charge additional charge to fry next.

3.

Until excess three hours, it is 30% of room charge iron

4.

Until excess six hours, it is 50% of room charge iron

5.

Excess six hours or more are 100% of room charge iron

Article 5（responsibility of our lodge）

1.

On carrying out staying contract and contract in conjunction with this or when we damaged lodge guest by those failure, our lodge repairs the damage. But it is not this limit when it is not thing by reason that should come to torture of our soreba lodge.

2.

Our lodge receives authorized letter of advice from firefighting organization, but joins inn liability insurance to deal with fires of emergency.

Article 6（the handling such as deposits）

1.

When the damage such as loss, damage occurred about valuables, our lodge compensates article which lodge guest had checked to front cash register or cash row for the damage unless it is unavoidable. But our lodge compensates for the damage as limit for 100,000 yen when our lodge demands meitsuge of the kind and value about cash and valuables, and lodge guest did not perform it.

When it is article which lodge guest brought into our lodge or cash and valuable, and the damage such as loss, damage occurred to front cash register by intention of our lodge or fault about thing which was not put off, our lodge compensates for the damage. But our lodge repairs the damage as limit for 150,000 yen about thing that there was not meitsuge of kind and value from lodge guest beforehand.

Article 7（responsibility of parking）

When Article 17 lodge guest uses parking lot of our lodge, regardless of deposition of the key to vehicle, our lodge lends place and does not suffer until managerial responsibility of vehicle. But we appoint torture of the compensation when we damaged by intention of our lodge or fault on managing parking lot.

Article 8（responsibility of parking）

When our lodge suffered damage by intention of Article 8 lodge guest or fault, the lodge guest concerned, please compensate for the damage for our lodge.
